Renovation Conceptual Budget Breakdown By Division:

$200,000 to $250,000    

"Ministry Goal":

$300,000 (inclusive of a $50,000 "Contingency Fund")

Scope of Work Summary:

Children’s/Computer Room Wall Framing & Enhancements:

- Construction of wall framing to create a computer room and adjoining corridor

- Modifications to ceiling grid and lighting

- Installation of four interior doors with frames and hardware

- Concrete stoop at the exterior doorway

- Installation of sound insulation and drywall

- Painting

Sanctuary Renovations and Narthex Expansion:

- Wall framing for the Narthex expansion, Sanctuary corridor, and platforms

- Drywall application on new walls and over existing plywood on exterior Sanctuary walls

- Construction of concrete footings and foundation slab for Narthex expansion

- Polishing of concrete floors in the Sanctuary and Narthex

- Installation of new lighting fixtures in the Sanctuary

- Application of exterior metal siding

- Painting of drywall walls, doors, and frames.
